It is a real estate investment strategy primarily for single family properties. BRRRR stands for Buy, Rent, Renovate, Refinance and Repeat.

The BRRRR method takes advantage of the equity created from turning a vacant distressed property into a well ran rental property. In effect, it increases your rate of return on equity.
